Here’s what you get when you invest 2 lakh rupees:
Plan 1 – Vacation farm stay – 2 years – 160 days
Investment: 2 lakh rupees
Ideal for: Small families/individuals
StayPoints:
- 1 Stay points is equal to renting the hut for 1 day.
Perks:
- Construction of one hut for your use for 80 days per year, for two years, totaling 160 days.
- YOur actual Cost per day: Rs. 1250 (inclusive of accommodation), considering you invest 2 lakhs. (usually a similar stay would cost you 2-3000 rs per day)
- Additional daily expenses: Rs. 50 (for maintenance)
- Food charges extra as per prevailing charges and rules. Self cooking may be available.
- Flexibility to gift your stay to friends and family.
- Option to invest more to double the benefits. in slabs of 2 lakh each.
- Opportunity to invite friends or larger groups to stay together for one year.
for example, if we have 5 huts, you can invite 5 families and stay for 10 days to consume total 50 units of stayPoints.
Refund Policy:
- 80 % refund possible if informed within a month! (refund time however, will be 1 year)
- 50% refund If you’re not satisfied with the experience, inform us within 6 months for a 50% refund (maximum within one year).
- No refunds issued after 6 months.
Refund in case it is done from our end
- Membership can be canceled at any time with a refund of up to 80% within 6 months if non-alignment is detected.
- Calculation for pro rata would be by taking average of units into total duration, monthly basis. for example 160 days, for 2 years. means 24 months 160 days. 7 days in a month. And if we take 1250 rs per day, then if 10 months have elapsed, then either 70 days, OR actual stay day, whichever is higher will be considered consumed. And rest will be returned back to you within 6 months.

You can also pay us advance booking for the retreats or workshops you want to hold as an advance. Providing this money in advance, will help us in building the infrastructure required to conduct your retreat programs in a better way!
Plan 3 Invidividual Advance booking
50,000 rs – 60 days stay in dormitory/shared accommodation
50 rs per day additional to cover maintenence
food charges extra

Please note that our investment model operates through references only and is not open to everyone. If you do not have a reference, we kindly request you to visit our farm and build an acquaintance with us before proceeding with any contracts. This approach ensures that we maintain a trusted network of investors who share our vision for sustainable agriculture and community development. We believe that building relationships is key to growing our farm into something better, and we do not intend to accept unknown applications through this model.
